The Government of Bermuda, Ministry of Public Works, through the Bermuda Housing Corporation announce this Request for Proposals as an invitation by the BHC to prospective proponents to submit proposals to Develop a Business Case for a new Water, Wastewater and Resource Recovery Utility. The Government of Bermuda must improve the quality, reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of water supply, wastewater collection and treatment, and solid waste disposal.

The Judiciary invites bids for the provision of office cleaning services for its facility located at the Dame Lois Browne Evans Building ("DLBEB"), 58 Court Street, Hamilton HM 12 for a one-year period April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021. This may be extended for up to twelve (12) months based on availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the contractor.

The Government is seeking proposal from qualified firms to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in accordance with the Scope of Work specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). 

This program is intended to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health and well-being.  

The Department seeks learning & development professionals to facilitate a number of soft skills courses for general personal/professional development, supervisory management and leadership; and/or provide coaching services to senior managers. Coaches should be able to review leadership readiness assessments, prepare coaching agreements, deliver coaching services and prepare written reports sharing results upon completion. 

The Bermuda Government is desirous of creating a cooperative eco-system in Bermuda and as such, appointed a Director of Economic and Cooperative Development in February 2018 within the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation. Since that time, the Director has involved the Island in continuous cooperative education and public engagement initiatives aimed at raising the awareness, knowledge, and skills of cooperatives. Now, in order to shore up and progress the cooperative framework, the BEDC and the Government believe specific cooperative legislation is needed.
