The Bermuda Government is requesting proposals from reputable contractors to refurbish the Prospect Depot into a commercial office space.

The Prospect Depot at 2 Aeolia Drive, Devonshire, is a (2) story military style building. The building has wooden floors, a pitch roof, and a partially roofed and wraparound veranda. The Depot currently houses offices, workshops, and a supply store. 

The Government of Bermuda is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to construct a retaining wall at 35 Burnt House Hill, Warwick.
